I am really enjoying the ease of taking credit cards thru our Droid operated cell phone with Roampay. Its simple and is saving us money on having the maintenance of a office run machine and merchant fees.
Set up was easy and the swiper is simple to use. The guys are able to run the card thru after they finish a job and I get a copy of the receipt within minutes, knowing that it has transacted properly, the customer also get a copy. Its perfect for us.

Earlier this year, we were becoming very dissatisfied with our current credit card processing company with Sun Trust. On May 15, 2006, Carol Pierleoni came into my store Unique Designs. She walked through the store before approaching the service counter to talk with me. This was very impressive of a sales representative to do such to get an idea of what type of business I have so to build a relationship.
From our meeting Carol's knowledge about the process, equipment, and rates were unsurpassed. The most important aspect of this meeting was how Carol was able to explain the process by examples instead of processing jargon. It is such a great feeling to have the feeling the sales representative has your business interest in mind.
When the time came to set up the equipment, once again Carol was there with her knowledge. From setup to the training on the machine, she made it easy to understand and to know how to use the equipment, She even assisted on the first transaction which really impressed me. For a sales representative to do such shows a company with a heart. And that is a company worth doing business with.
