REFUND POLICY
You may return most new, unopened equipment sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus Shipping and Handling.
You may return terminals opened and used within 30 days of delivery, but those items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and Shipping and Handling will not be refunded.
All Software, Licenses and One-Time Setup Fees Sales are Final!
ACH REJECT FEE
Each time ACH (Automated Clearing House) can't process an electronic transaction (deposit or debit for fees) on your bank account, you will be charged the maximum fee allowed by your state (example: Florida allows for $35.00 fee). This problem can occur if you've entered invalid routing or account numbers, have insufficient funds or your bank account is closed.
